Greek-style salad with Activia Stirred Yogurt dip for dessert
Ingredients
10cm piece of cucumber
1 tomato
½ green peppers
½ small red onion
5 olives
½ small can tuna in water
white vinegar
1 clove garlic
1 smallActivia Natural Yogurt
Lemon juice
Black pepper
2 thick slices wholegrain bread
2 handfuls of raspberries
2 handfuls of blueberries
1 orange
Directions
Chop a 5cm piece of cucumber, 1 tomato, ½ green pepper and ½ small red onion.
Mix together with 5 olives, ½ small can tuna in water (drained) and drizzle with white wine vinegar.
Make a tzatziki dip: Grate a 5cm piece of cucumber and squeeze to remove the excess water.
Crush 1 clove garlic. Mix ActiviaStirred Yogurt with the grated cucumber, crushed garlic, lemon juice to taste and black pepper.
Serve with 2 thick slices wholegrain bread.
Plus a bowl of fruit salad made from 2 handfuls each of blueberries and raspberries and 1 orange.
